Triage call (15 minutes)
$45+GST

“Is this worth a visit, or can it wait?” A short phone call for clinical judgement and direction – to an in-home visit, an emergency clinic, or simple reassurance.

  • Available to anyone, whether or not your pet is an existing patient.

  • Booked and paid online; I’ll call you within your chosen window.

Video Consultation (30 minutes)
$90+GST

For follow-up assessments, post-procedure check-ins, and behavioural or nutritional consultations that don’t need a physical examination.

Messaging Support

Members of the senior wellness plan who opt-in for the Messaging Support service can message me directly with photos, questions, and check-ins between visits – within clear, sustainable limits so it stays genuinely useful. Details on the senior wellness page.
